Every question will be a radio choice of "Yes" or "No".</p> <p>We are looking for someone to develop a custom results page at the end of the form.<br /> The results would show a line graph with two lines:</p> <p>1st Line = representing a cumulative avg. of previous users who answered yes.</p> <p>2nd Line = representing the current user's response.
