Gravity Forms does not have any kind of document merge ability. You would have to use an add-on created by one of the third party developers relating to generating a PDF, and it could potentially require an intermediate developer to set-up correctly.

Hi,

For example, our driver hire agreement will have 7-8 specific fields to be completed i.e. name, date of birth, address, driving licence number etc. Each field will have a specific place in the document where it needs to be inserted. Once the fields are completed, they should populate themselves inside the correct part/parts of the document so that the document can then be printed or emailed as a completed entity.

Thanks,
Paul

Customize set fields: what do you mean exactly? What fields are you customizing, and how? With what information will you customize the fields?

Hi,

We have a document we use as standard for drivers who hire our vehicles and we want to be able to customise set fields to insert their name, dob etc etc - is this possible with Gravity forms so a standard document will automatically print with the fields we specify in the document?

Thanks,
Paul
