			<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm not aware of any really reliable ways to style and customize the file input type. Every browser for the most part handles this input type differently.  You'd have to look around for ways to customize it using CSS and JS and you may be able to implement a 3rd party script in your theme to target the file input on your form.
