Yes, you have control over the look of your form. You can use css with inheritance and also set classes for form fields.<br /> 2. The admin allows you to set up your form so that upon submission you can redirect to a URL (and pass field information along in the querystring if you want), redirect to a page on your site, or simply add confirmation text to the page. Gravity Forms has several hooks available which allow you to go further.
