You can use this approach to enable conditional logic between dates:

I am trying to create a form for a meeting. I need to have a date and time. Exempel, the meetig starts at a date and a time. And ends another date and time. Is it possible to have a time frame.

I tried to have conditional logic set to time, if date was targeted but that was not an option ?

Thanks!
