			<description>&#60;p&#62;We'll look into this and see why it is not there.  The Name field is a bit complex, as it supports different formats which is probably why it is not there like it is on simpler fields.  We will have to take a look and see what needs to be changed to add it.  Until then you can pre-populate the name field using dynamic population with hooks if it's something you have to do in the mean time.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm probably missing something easy here, but why can't you default the advanced name field to the display name or user's full name like you can the email?&#60;/p&#62;
