Currently Advanced Fields with multiple inputs do not have default value options in the admin. It's possible to do, but you have to dynamically populate the field using PHP or the methods mentioned in this tutorial:

The Address field does not have the option to add default values for the Street, City, Zip etc. Is this something that is on the todo list?

The reason for it is that 99% of all my website visitors filling out the form are from the same city and I was looking for a way to have it prepopulated. In another situation, I have a poor lady typing in 100's of registration forms from paper forms and I like to limit the typing for her.

Not a big deal, but I thought I would mention it. I didn't know if there was a reason why the address field would have this functionality omitted.
