			<description>&#60;p&#62;If you're talking about the form editor, the top &#34;heading&#34; IS the form title. That is also where you edit the form settings. If you delete that, you're essentially deleting the entire form.&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;I can't see any circumstance where you would end up with a duplicate of the form title on the form editor page.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The forms themselves are stored in the database, not in a file unless you had exported it prior to deleting. Unless you did export a backup of the form (xml) or have a backup of your database you can restore it from, you're going to have to recreate the form.

I just finished the form and previewed it . About 8 hours worth of work. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;There was a heading at the top that was the same name as the name of the form. When I deleted the heading, the entire form was deleted.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I have a site back up - can you tell me the name of the file I need to retrieve or its location so that I can at least get back half of the day's work? &#60;/p&#62;
