<p>You would have to build it using HTML and each individual merge tag from the form rather than using {all_fields}. You would need to use HTML 4.0 and inline CSS. It is a pain, but that's how HTML e-mails still work. So it is possible, just not easy.

<p>Hello,</p>
<p>Is there a way that I can design the exported form I receive? I need the exported form that is emailed to me to look like the designed form I create on the website, can this be done?
