You do not see a license key on the My Account page because the email address associated with your login is NOT associated with any license key. This is because you didn't register using the same email address you used to purchase.

You need to go to the My Account page and change your email address to the email that was used to purchase Gravity Forms. This is the same email address the license key was originally emailed to.

You contacted us in April about this same issue and we explained to you the problem and provided you with the correct email address. I have forwarded this email to you once again.

Our developers license cannot be accessed in our account. What's up?

I keep getting the following message when logged into our account.

Your license key information is unavailable at this time. Please try again later, or contact us if you need more information.

I need to find an answer to a question re dead letter for a client's website.
