			<description>&#60;p&#62;Is there a simple way to add a disable (disabled) to an input field when passing data dynamically so it can't be changed?  I'm using routing and this is how I ensure that the form makes it to the proper recipients and a couple of users have modified the subject field of our form which removes the proper routing of the form.  It's just a simple input field that gets a subject passed to it depending on where the user has clicked from on the site.&#60;/p&#62;
