The PayPal Add-On is not on the main site because it is a beta test release. It's not an official public release. The only place where it is mentioned on our site is in the blog announcement about the availability of the beta release here:

http://www.gravityhelp.com/gravity-forms-paypal-add-on-v1-0-beta-1-released/

It states that the PayPal Add-On, like all Add-Ons, is only available to Developer License holders.

However, as the poster mentioned above, there will be some changes to how we handle Add-Ons once 1.5 is released to make them more widely available. That may or may not be via individual purchase BUT it will mean wider availability outside of the Developer License holders.

While the Pricing & Purchase page does show that Free Add-Ons only fall under the Developers License column (http://www.gravityforms.com/purchase-gravity-forms/) - it looks like the PayPal Add-On is still in Beta (2nd stage beta) so those of us with a developers license can test it and report back any bugs, etc before it's "officially" ready for real world use.

In any case, cheer up! :-D Once Gravity Forms version 1.5 is released the GF Team has stated that Add-Ons will be available for individual purchase as well: http://www.gravityhelp.com/gravity-forms-paypal-add-on-v1-0-beta-1-released/#more-1137

Stick around and you'll see that the GF Team always come through!

Just signed up for 'Single Site' licence, get whole way through making first form, then discover you need the 'developer' licence for a Paypal add on.

But 'Add Ons' section of site only shows Mailchimp, Campaigns & Freshbooks. Nothing about Paypal and thus needing the developer licence.

slightly misleading!
