I got this to work by placing some inline styles via Chrome Dev Tools, you'll want to create some kind of unique class or ID on that li you've placed with the dots depending on other usage site-wide. See if this helps:

sure,

http://50.116.66.243/~ab27853/test-page2/

I only really need one colon - I tried putting the colon in a div, span, li with either a float:left, display:inline, etc.. but couldn't seem to get it formatted correctly.

Thanks Rob

As per an older post I used the gf_inline css class and the fields are displayed inline just fine, however, I'd like to put a colon in between 2 of the fields. I tried using the html block with various css styling but the colon is creating line breaks.
Any suggestions thanks.
