I have a File Upload field on my form where people can upload PDF files.

I'm able to display the url to this uploaded file inside the post body by using the Content Template.

But what I really want to do is instead of displaying the url i want to display a Icon (Image) so when the visitor clicks on the image his browser will open the uploaded file

Secondly this Icon must only appear if a file was uploaded. No file uploaded, no Icon
