No, Gravity Forms doesn't have any built-in way to take previous entries and pre-fill them in a form. You can have currently logged in user information pre-fill, but beyond that you would have to custom code something to do what you are requesting.

Thanks Chris. It looks like I could use Gravity Forms for what I intend. Is it possible to easily set up Gravity Forms so when a form that has previous been fillled or part filled is revisited the fields are pre-populated with that information.

It sounds like you could do this with private posts. I would just allow the family member to submit a form and create a post, and have those posts password protected and private. That way, the public could not see the posts but anyone with the password (your family members) can.

Would that be sufficient?

Hello,
I am looking at purchasing gravity forms to use on my dementia care website. I would like to set up a private area where families can log in and store memories and photos driven by a series of forms. Their input would then need to be formatted into a webpage which could be viewed or printed out. Am I able to easily access the inputted data using shortcodes or something like that or would the webpages to display the data have to be designed with php which is not something I really know how to do.. Thank you in advance for any help.
Cheers
Myles
