Merge tags output the field information. By default, merge tags output the field choice label for drop down/radio button/checkbox fields because that is typically the user friendly value.</p> <p>However, you can tell it to output the actual field value by appending :value to the end of the merge tag. This value must be stored somewhere and I would like to know how I can utilize it in my notification process.</p> <p>Thank you. </p>
