If you have conditional logic in your form, then we use that CSS call to hide the form, and the JQuery to show the elements that should be shown, and handle the transition animations. If your form doesn't show up, it is due to a JavaScript error, and these errors occur from other plugins or theme incompatibilities.</p> <p>Your form is currently working, but I do see messages output by JQuery Cycle. </p> <p>Hopefully, you can find a common thread about why it fails for you, and what the source is.
