Does Gravity Forms could do the job?<br /> It could collect the data and save it in a database. It couldn't merge entry data with a document, nor create a PDF. </p> <p>2. If not, could you be so kind to point us in the right direction to achieve our goal?<br /> We have a Job Board available, also there are many great sites to get WordPress and PHP developers that could integrate this for you to do what you want.</p> <p>3. Any workarounds to achieve the same results?<br /> Gravity Forms is a data collection plugin, and so everything else is outside of our current feature set. Its just like fill in the blanks and then incorporate those fields within the template document and generate a PDF and request payment if they want to view/print/email the final document.</p> <p>1.
