Gravity Forms doesn't have its own newsletter system and as such there currently wouldn't be an easy way to do a double opt-in. You could custom code something to change a value set on an entry but that wouldn't integrate directly with any newsletter systems that I know of. You'll need a bit of custom coding no matter what route you take, and it will be dependent more on what newsletter system that you go with.

Hi, we're using the Gravity Form and built it up on our page, with following field:

Text Field:
- Name
- E-Mail

Checkbox:
- Want to receive Newsletter
- I allow you to send my E-Mail to your partners

Now, if people make their choise to receive E-Mails from us or allows us, to send his E-Mail adress to our partners, we need a double opt-in. We dont want to use the MailChimp.

If the form sends an email to the person, we want to generate a registration link, maybe like this:
"Please click the confirmation link:
http://www.yourdomain.com/?id="{email}+{name}..."

After clicking this, this person with that name and e-mail must be registered to newsletter list, maybe via PHP script on the confirmation page.

Is that possible?
Anyone has solved the double opt-in in anyway?

Thx for answering!
