"</p> <p>I did exactly that, but the same thing happened, The download started, but halted almost immediately, reporting that 23% of gravityforms_1.4.5.zip had been completed, and also indicated "Unknown time remaining--0 bytes (0 bytes/sec).</p> <p>In doing this, I presumably now consumed 3 of the 5 downloads to which I am entitled. The download started, but hung almost immediately. I tried a second time with identical results. Since the instructions indicate that the download would no longer work after 5 attempts, I haven't tried a third time. What should I do? </p>
