Gravity Forms does not have a multi-select field, which is a different type of select box. One of the primary reasons was most users don't get the whole "hold ctrl button and select multiple" concept with forms.</p> <p>Another option you could do is use Checkboxes, and then use some custom CSS to float each checkbox next to each other so they don't take up as much space.
