Dynamic field creation isn't possible using Add/Remove type functionality. </p> <p>Right now you cannot do this with the available tools, you can only use conditional logic to show/hide additional fields by adding all of the fields to the form and then show/hiding them via conditional logic.</p> <p>We do have plans for new fields in the 1.5.3 which will make use of this type of functionality.
