If you want to have that text included in the notification, you can populate a hidden field with the same HTML and submit that. This is my 1st shot at GF so am still learning. Have created a conditional 'HTML' text field string(s) based on previous check box selection and is being displayed correctly within online form at the time of selection. However they are NOT appearing in the final form displayed to user and are NOT included within submitted email. (For the email I have selected all form fields to be included) Could you assist plse?
