Yes, the link is http://daily.itskokua.com - but you have to be logged into the site to see anything. Please email me separately and I'll give you user information. Let me know if you need an admin account to troubleshoot.

Didn't realize that you had replied... Here are the settings for a standard name field, format set to standard.

Field | Parameter Name
First: username:first_name
Last: username:last_name

I've tried a whole bunch of things and nothing seems to work. All users must be logged into the site to see the form. There is also an email address field which works but that field allows me to use a merge tag -- {user:user_email}. I want the name & email pre-filled, but sometimes someone will fill out the form for someone else in the company, so the user needs to be able to override the defaults.

Thanks for your help!

How were you filling in these details? Can you give me more information? I haven't seen this issue yet, and can't troubleshoot it with what you've given so far.

My guess is that this has to do with the new WordPress 3.4 as that is about the time when it broke. We have an installation of WordPress with a form that would automatically fill in the email and the first/last names. The email automatic fill still works, but the name fields stopped working with the 3.4 update. The name field is set so that the format is "normal" and the field parameters are user_firstname and user_lastname.

Again, it worked fine until 3.4 so I understand that is what the cause probably is, just want to know if there is a way to make this work again. Thanks.
