If you used the same function name twice, once for each form, that will give you an error like "cannot redeclare" whatever function, because it was declared once already. You will have to rename one of the functions so there is no conflict. Or, think differently about how the function is applied to multiple forms.</p> <p>We can help you more if you post the actual code you are using, and the errors you receive. I tried entering another set of the code for the functions.php and adding the new form ID, but that broke the entire site.</p> <p>Suggestions? </p>
