I am not sure how to achieve what I want. Ideally:</p> <p>- None of the checkboxes should be selected<br /> - I should be able to add a custom number of checkboxes depending on where I load the form</p> <p>I wasn't able to follow the documentation on this. </p> <p>Ideally using query string would be best if this method is possible. </p>
