Nobody else is reporting an issue like this so it's something specific to your site setup. Possibly a plugin conflict or a theme conflict. It sounds like you have code somewhere in your site that is interfering with how Gravity Forms functions. We can't really switch to the default theme or disable all the plugins for any period of time. It is difficult since the notifications are only coming through randomly.</p> <p>Any thoughts would be most appreciated. If not it's going to be difficult to debug. </p> <p>Nobody else is reporting the issue which means it's specific to your site and most likely being caused by a plugin or theme you are using.
