In your application, what is the significance of keeping the same form IDs? Is it custom code in your functions.php or the forms being embedded in a template or post based on that ID?

In a multisite install it seems I cannot share forms with switch_to_blog() so I've exported my forms from the main site for use in the other network sites. The problem I found is that you need to export all forms to maintain the same ID numbers throughout the multisite install.

I'd like to be able to change the ID instead of deleting the site and starting over.

@morecabbage, can you explain why you need to change the form ID and where you would use that? The form ID is integral to everything we do related to the form, so it's not designed to be changed.

I understand that there is currently no way to update which form's entries are shown by default. However it looks like the default view is being controlled by the ID# (in ascending order).

Is there a way to adjust a form's ID #?

If not, in future updates to GF?

Thanks!
Miriam
