My client wants to have some information tied to all the entries of a particular form. Or is there a way to have some notes fields for a form that get displayed in the entries - even after the entries are in the system.</p> <p>The particular situation is there are people signing up for an event. They put in all of their information. The client/company wants to supply some information (like the tickets are purchased for all of the attendees).</p> <p>Thanks!<br /> Chris </p>
