There is no built in functionality for a user to submit a form and come back at some point and edit their entry. There are a couple of 3rd party solutions which claim to do this though:

http://software.troydesign.it/php/wordpress/adminsingle-gravity-forms-add-on.html
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gravity-forms-addons/

Regarding creating a Word Document, this is not built in to Gravity Forms. Can you explain what information you want inserted into a Word document and what will happen with that document afterward?

By default, Gravity Forms stores all the collected data in the WordPress database. You can export those entries as CSV (comma separated values) and that file can be opened in Excel and you can do whatever you want with the data at that point.

Dear Gravity,

I have just purchased this and am discovering how to use it. I have a couple of questions:

Can I have a form that is completed by a user and subsequently, after submitting, can the user review and update his data?

Can I easily take the data form the form and insert into, for example a Word Document?

Thank you................. liz
