Using WP Security Scan was unable to delete form fields when editing an existing form. Once I deactivated the plugin it worked again.

Thank you! I checked with the host company and asked them about the plugins and they went through the plugins on the site. Seems that the plug WP Security Scan was loaded and there was some type of conflict that caused the editing function to be disabled. All plugins were deactivated and then reactivated and the issue was corrected.

You will need to check for plugin or theme conflicts that are preventing the Gravity Forms javascript from working properly.

Deactivate ALL other plugins and activate the default WordPress theme. It could be a plugin or even a theme causing a conflict which is why I said activate the default WordPress theme.

Then test Gravity Forms and see if you can replicate the issue. If the form works fine then it is a theme or plugin conflict.

- Activate your theme
- Test Gravity Forms to see if you can replicate the issue

If the form works fine then it is a plugin conflict. If the form doesn't work now then it is a theme conflict involving javascript your theme is outputting in the admin.

If the form works fine then check for plugin conflicts.

- Activate each plugin one by one
- Test Gravity Forms to see if you can replicate the issue after each plugin

When you hit a plugin that is causing a problem, you can post it here but there probably isn't anything we can fix as that plugin is most likely poorly developed and outputting javascript where it should not be outputting it. This is fairly common, unfortunately, as a lot of plugin developers do not follow best practices.

I've just installed Gravity Forms on two sites. All worked really well for installation and creation of the forms, but on one site, I am not able to edit the form created. When I try to do so, I just receive a blank page with only the "Edit Form" header. Ideas on why or ways to correct this?

Thanks!
