Paul,

Email notifications only happen upon form submission. So if they want a copy of the quoted amount, they would need to submit the form. You can always add verbiage to your form via an HTML field that states a starting date time frame.

As far as retrieve the quote at a later date, whoever has access to the entries in the WP Admin can resend the notification if requested.

Hi I'm building a form here - http://176.32.230.2/rewire2go.co.uk/detached-house-quote-2/

is it possible to have an option to let them email the quote to them and carry on

or is it possible to have an either or scenario - they like the quote and want it emailed to them or they like the quote and want to book a site visit.

I also ned to be able for them to book a site visit using the same form - can I stipulate a starting date 3 weeks in advance of the date they fill in the form.

Or would it be easier to try and use a separate booking plugin for this

is it possible for them to save the quote and retrieve it at a later date

sorry for all the questions

regards

Paul
