@Brett, I moved your topic to the regular support forums rather than pre-purchase as it appears you are already using Gravity Forms.

For 1) a user can supply you an email address, and you can send a copy of their entry to that address as well. This is sometimes referred to as "tell a friend" functionality. Here is one post that explains how to accomplish this:

http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/best-way-to-make-a-tell-a-friend-form#post-27035

Regarding verification of the information before sending: you can resend notifications from the admin to any email address you want. So, I think that solves this part of the problem. You can review the information and send the notification to an additional email address.

2) I'm not clear what you mean. Gravity Forms has conditional logic, which enables you to show or hide additional information in the form, based on a prior choice. If that does not meet your need, please post a more extensive example of what you mean exactly.

3) Not clear what you mean here. Please explain further or show an example of what you're trying to do. With more specific information, we can give you more specific support. Thanks

Hope all is well. We are currently using gravity forms and really like it; however, I think we are only scratching the surface. 1) Email functionality: We want a user to be able to fill out a form and then be able to email the information they inputted into the form to tan email address they specified. We also want to be able to verify the information and then sending to email to their desired recipient. You support a plugin with ChimpMail etc, but what we are not clear is whether this can be achieved - what plugin would you recommend (ie specific information to a specific user).
2) Displaying Information: Does gravity forms have the capacity to display information based on a selection from the User? Ie not a input field
3) Can the same field be used for a category post and as an input for an email.

Great product.. but still learning. Thanks, Brett
