I had to switch to a different theme to get those to show up. It is the ID number of the field on your form. When crafting notifications, you should see an arrow to the right of most boxes that allows you to quickly select merge tags for fields on your form. Same thing for Name option. Trying to put in "From Name" and "Reply To" fields so an admin can just directly reply to a submission. </p>
