Somehow i overlooked the user notification checkbox in the PayPal feed, it was set to only send on payment approval. I unchecked and it's sending the email now. If they are pending or processing, it's possible PayPal is having a problem with IPN, so Gravity Forms never knows the payment was made, and the user notification never goes out.</p> <p>What are your settings in the PayPal feed for the user notification and the admin notification?
