Try using another email address, create a GMail account and test with it. Once you test with it also be sure to check your spam folder. This will help narrow down if it's a Hotmail issue or a site issue. Email sending issues are always web server related. Who is your web host? Is if GoDaddy?

I am having trouble setting up the email notifications and actually receiving the notifications.

I have put the same email address for: 'send to email', 'from email' & 'reply to'. This is a hotmail address. But I am not receiving any notifications.

I have a very simple form and I don't have a lot of experience with this sort of things so am not really sure what to try next.

Do you have any suggestions?

Ideally, I want to be able to check my email and reply back to customers from my email and not have to log into my wordpress account to see the customer entries. Is this possible?

Thanks,
Amanda
