@sethshoultes, please start a new topic. Every email delivery problem is different and we can focus better on your situation if you post a link to your form and some details about your setup, including your hosting company, and if you are using a plugin like WP Mail SMTP for mail delivery. Thank you.

I started having problems recently. All notifications go to the same email address. However, a few of the forms will not send notifications at all, even when manually resending the notifications. This started happening about two weeks ago.

You can use an external SMTP server, like your Google Apps account, by installing and configuring the WP Mail SMTP plugin. Have you already tried that?

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

You host is correct about the mail coming from your server. That's true. There is a WordPress function wp_mail() that uses the web server's mail function. That may not be ideal in your situation. The WP Mail SMTP plugin allows you to set a server of your choice.

Here is something else that might help.

I emailed the support team at Dreamhost about this issue and here is what they had to say

The mail coming from the web server doesn't using Google apps, *** the webserver itself sends the emails. ***

If you have any more questions then please let me know.

Thanks!
Daniel J

I have sent them another request asking if there is a way for the emails to sent directly via Google apps or a way for the emails to go out immediately.

This may help.

I called and spent the last 30 minutes on the phone with Google Apps support and they told me I should have multiple MX records set up.

Here is the page I used to add them in the right order - http://www.google.com/support/a/bin/answer.py?answer=174125

Has anyone received a real answer to this problem.

Mine come up every now and again then goes away - without me making ANY changes to forms or anything else.

The last time I had this error I double checked with my host that I had everything configured correctly.

I'm a Google apps user.

Mike, please try just one email address in the notification, and then try a different address (different domain) if the first single address does not work. It's possible your host does not like multiple emails in the TO: (although that seems unlikely, given how you have the other forms set up).

Also, be sure in your notification that the email addresses are separated by one comma only (each), no spaces, no semi-colons.

It's also interesting that the first two forms are older, and the one not sending notifications is newer.

Gavinelis, please start a new topic for your issue so we can handle it individually. Please post the details of your problem, and a URL to your site. Thank you.

I have the same problem. My clients have not received any of the notifications! Yikes! We NEED to get to the bottom of this or this plug-in will not help us at all. Anyone come up with a fix?

I don't see any noticeable differences between the third form. The only thing is that I don't have the title displayed in the Gravity Forms shortcode on the third one (that seems pretty innocuous). Here's a comparison of my 3 forms:
