When you submit tests, are you entering the exact same email addresses in both forms and you are receiving the email of one of them and not the other? To see if that is the case, setup the notifications of the form that does not work so that it looks like the form that does work.<br /> Please note that Gravity Forms does not send any emails. It uses a native WordPress function, which in turn relies on your web server to actually send the emails.
