You would do that here in the Notification to User section:

Ok, I can see how to set up that notification stating that they will receive email instructions to download. But how do I set up that email that instructs them how to download? I don't see that here anywhere.

Thanks

Pam

Hey Pam, congrats on the form! :)

You can place instructions in the notification email (that you setup) that gets sent out to the user via the Notifications Settings for the form. Then, on your form submission you can just have it give simple verbiage along the lines of "Thanks, you'll receive an email with instructions to download."

As far as the password piece goes - this thread could be a good starting point:

I finally figured out how to make a form, and how to get it to go to Paypal. I even tested it with the Paypal sandbox and it works! This is a major accomplishment for me!

I have it setup now so that after the transaction the customer is taken to a page that I have setup, where they can download the file they just purchased. I was wondering if there is any way that I can set it up so that instead of being taken to the download page, they are sent an automatic email which gives them download instructions.

Is this possible?

I'm also wondering if there is any way to auto create a password to get to the page? This part may be more complicated than it's worth, so I will be happy to just solve the first part of my question.

Thank you

Pam
