Hi David,

Thank you for your prompt response. I looked at the conditional logic for notifications but it won’t really achieve what we require.

There are around 20 postal sectors/zip codes we want to match to one branch office email address and the rest of the countries postcodes (hundred's) to another email address.

So we tried putting:

Send to: email1 IF Postcode IS TW1, TW2, TW3, TW4 etc..

Then another for

Sent to: email2 IF Postcode IS NOT TW1, TW2, TW3, TW4 etc..

If the user enters TW1 then only email one receives the email - correct. If the user enters TW2 both addresses receive the notification?

I hope this makes sense and we are not missing something obvious? Really it feels like and ELSE send to email2 would be good.. it would also cover users that enter typo's in postcodes as it a free text field and not a pick list.

Any ideas to resolve would be great.

Many Thanks

Tony

In the conditional logic for notifications, you can set it to only send when ALL of the conditions are true or ANY. You can then set as many or as few conditions as you want.

You can also create as many notifications as you want, and if their conditions are valid/true, they'll all send. It doesn't stop at just sending one.

Would that help you to do what you want?

Is it possible to have an ELSE field in the Email Routing? For example I have a set or postcodes/Zip codes - TW1, TW2, TW3 etc.. that need to go to one email address.

That's fine as we set Send to: address1@domain1.com IF postcode IS TW2

However problem comes where why need everything else to go to address2@domain1.com IF postcode is say XXX is this possible?

Cant really use the IS NOT TW2 as both emails receive the notification.
