Johnetec:

One other thing, I visited your site at http://rentphoenix.us and when I go to the page "Request a Call" I see two forms. One for "Request a Call" and the other is a "Comment" form. If you hit submit on the Request a Call form, you get the red highlighted boxes that are required, but when you hit submit on the Comment form, it takes you to an Page not Found error page...

Just thought you would want to know,

Johnetec:

I'm running Theisis 1.7 on one site and 1.8 on another. With 1.7 I could not get email notifications to work, even with the SMTP relay plugins. But, there were two things I've done in the past two days that now my Gravity Form notifications are working like a charm. One thing I did and this is purely so I can host multiple sites under one hosting account with GoDaddy, is switch from a Windows hosting platform to a Linux. The second thing I've done was upgrade my wordpress to the latest version 3.0.1. LIke I said, I'm not sure which one of the two things I've done that fixed it, but I couldn't be happier.

Good Luck.

Ok I have changes to the default WP Theme. I have disabled all other plugins. I have reinstalled Gravity Forms. I still get the error. What's going on? The site in question is: http://rentphoenix.us

It's a javascript issue that you are encountering so it is something specific to that site be it a plugin, a theme or even something wrong with the core WordPress install that is causing the issue. So you will have to check to see if the theme is causing it if you have ruled out a plugin conflict. But never rule out a plugin conflict unless you have tested with all plugins deactivated.

OK so I have checked plugins and I do not believe that is the issue. I have the same plugins installed on http://renttucson.us and Gravity Forms works fine. It is running on Thesis 1.8b1. I have Thesis 1.7 installed on the site that works. I just deactivated all of the plugins and still had the issue with Gravity Forms. I do not think it is a plugin conflict. I'm going to install the latest version of thesis beta to test. The site currently with the issues is http://rentphoenix.us

That is a Javascript issue most likely caused by a plugin or theme conflict. You will have to test for both.

- Theme Conflict

If it's a Theme Conflict you can test for this by activating the Default Theme (2010 on WordPress 3.0 or Kubrick on WordPress 2.9) and then testing the notification setup to see if you can add routing rules. If it submits, then that shows something in your theme is preventing the plugin from working properly. I would start with custom functions as Thesis by itself has never caused a conflict.

- Plugin Conflict

If it's a Plugin Conflict you can test for this by deactivating ALL of your plugins and then only activating the Gravity Forms plugin and then testing the notification routing setup. If it works, then it's a plugin conflict and you can then activate each of your other plugins one by one and setting up routing rules after each one until you run into the plugin that causes the issue to happen.

Hello,

I'm new to Gravity Forms and so far it's awesome but I'm having a problem with the email routing. I cannot add a new line and it will not save the one field that it has by default. I am using WPMU 2.92 w/ Thesis 1.8 and cannot update yet... but will soon. This is the error I get,

form.notification.routing[ruleIndex] is undefined
[Break on this error] form.notification.routing[..."#routing_email_" + ruleIndex).val();

Any ideas? I do not have this issue with WP3.0+ so Maybe I'll just have to wait till I update but it would be nice to get it working now. The error is in the back end so a URL would probably not be helpful but the site is http://arizonaapartments.us

I would be happy to provide admin access if you need it.

Thanks!

John
