Unfortunately not. We do have a Job Board on this forum, and there are many freelance PHP developer websites out there including jobs.wordpress.net and odesk.com.

All my best!

If you want them to purchase using Paypal or Authorize.net, you'll need the Developer license to get the add-ons for that, but beyond that, it sounds like you'll need some custom coding. So if you aren't a developer yourself, you'll have to hire a developer to do the policy number if you want a number that is different than the entry ID number.

Hello, I am considering purchasing the developers piece and need to know if it will do what I need it to. It looks like it will, but want to make sure. I am building a Insurance website and the following is the flow.
Fill out the form, pay for the policy, receive a certificate of insurance thru email. email also goes to 2 other people. it also needs to add a sequential number to each policy. All this needs to happen automatically. Can gravity do this? If gravity can only do part, is there some add-on i need to purchase.
Thanks,
Terry
