I may have not been clear.</p> <p>I need to include hyperlinked text in my forms like "CLICK HERE" -- so that when my customer clicks on "CLICK HERE" -- it spawns a new browser tab or a new browser window that represents that URL.</p> <p>I can't seem make this happen using the description field.
