			<description>&#60;p&#62;Sure thing.  I just sent over some screenshots in response to the support confirmation.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I have indicated in my support ticket that the Admin Notifications are not going out when the form is submitted, only the regular User Notifications which do not contain routing options.  I can then manually Re-Send Notifications and specify 2 email addresses, and they go out.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Strange indeed.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;UPDATED - I just disabled the SMTP plugin.  Using the built in WordPress email, it still does not send emails to those specified in BCC when routing is enabled.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;Hopefully, we can get you all sorted out. It is strange that it is an issue with BCC and routing. Please confirm that your from address is set on all of them, and try to isolate as many factors as you can. You've proven that Gravity Forms can send e-mail notifications, so that leads me to think it is some conflict with the SMTP plugin you are using? Our Priority case can also give you a copy of our logging add-on that might help figure out the source of the issue.&#60;/p&#62;

			<description>&#60;p&#62;OK - I spoke too soon.  All notifications that we have are working EXCEPT for the ones where we are using routing and BCCing.  I was able to come to this conclusion because all of our other forms are working fine with our existing settings - I even deleted and re-created the notifications, which were working until I enabled routing based on certain tickboxes on our form, and then the BCC functionality stopped working.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I will open a Priority case so I can send emails of our configuration for your review.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;Doesn't matter which email we use, when we manually type it in, the emails go through.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Correct - when we configure Routing, or Select a Field, the emails do not work.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;As far as when we select a field, we require the hiring manager to input their email address.  I've tried my personal Gmail as well as our domain email address, emails no longer go through.  This has always worked in the past.  We have not made any changes internally.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We have been using the Configure SMTP plugin for almost a year, and have not had any issues.  I've even tried disabling the plugin and filling out the form again, still the same results.  Everything was working fine until Gravity Forms was updated.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Is it possible to chat on the phone, and I can show you my screen?  We have a developer license.  There are too many weird things going on and it's very difficult to explain via forums.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;If phone support is not an option, can I show you some screen shots of our settings?

- When you have an address typed into the notification To address, it sends an e-mail fine? What e-mail address are you using? The same as what is selected or routed? &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;- When you use select field and choose an e-mail field, it does not work? What e-mail address are you putting in the field?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;- When you use routing, it does not work? What settings are you using? &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Are you running any plugins that would change WordPress' e-mail settings?
