Yes, I was a little wrong, as wrong put it. Translation works without problems. Now once again try to express his thoughts (:
There is a field "description", through which you can change the signature to the form. By default, in the form of email that works.
But when you enable option "confirmation email" item "description" is working incorrectly. In the "email" is added to the original value, and "confirm email" it can not be changed at all since it simply does not.
Yes, I can use the default values taken from the file transfer. But if I'm on the site will be a few forms and I want to use different forms of value, I can not do that.

Actually @ivkom is incorrect, these labels can be translated. If you are using the Dutch translation and they aren't translated that means they aren't translated in the Dutch translation file.

They can be translated either in the POT file by making a new translation, or they can be translated individually using filters.

The specific filter can be found here:

http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Gform_email_confirm

A list of all labels that can be changed using filters can be found here:

http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Developer_Docs#Sublabels

All these labels can also be translated when creating a language translation using the POT file which is the standard way to translate plugins in WordPress.

You can also create translations using the WPML plugin which has a Gravity Forms Add-On for translating forms. WPML can be found here: http://www.wpml.org

Yes, confirm. If you select the "enable email confirmation ", it is not possible to change the description of these forms, ie, to 'enter email "and" confirm email'. No matter what language. Although the Chinese.
Trouble...

In the form everything is nicely translated in Dutch, except the Enter Email and Confirm Email label.

How and where can I change that in correct Dutch??
