However, depending on the theme, you might lose your widgets or widget settings. It is active. I created a new page (Take the survey) and inserted the survey into the page via the Gravity Button. Nothing is showing up. I have done this exact process with 2 other pages/surveys, and they are working just fine.</p> <p> I have made the survey inactive, then activated it again. Any other ideas? </p>
