After choosing a form from the drop down list, the options to choose the fields and download the file do not appear. When I look at the page source I see the form fields in the code but they all have a style setting of "display:none". I recently updated Gravity Forms from 1.6.8 to 1.6.9 to see if it would fix the problem but no luck.</p> <p>Are there any known conflicts with other plugins that would cause this behavior? Or is there any other advice that you can give? </p>
