I can confirm that the API key is correct; is there any way I can check that the CM API service is actually running? Currently I have no feeds - it won't allow me to create on, just presents the message above. I'm using v1.3 of the addon. Thanks! Make sure your Campaign Monitor API key was entered correctly and try setting up a new feed. The original posters issue was a Campaign Monitor API issue, their service was down.
