Your WordPress install can't create the necessary directory to install Gravity Forms. You probably don't have the right file permissions set on the wp-content/plugins folder. Try changing the wp-content/plugins folder to chmod 777 if you know how to do this. If you do not know how to do this you may need to contact your web host for assistance.</p> <p>You can also try manually installing the plugin via FTP.
