This would be a hosting issue, not a Gravity Forms error. Usually just a temporary hiccup on a server when the user performed an action (submitting a form?) If it happens often, you should contact your web host.

Does anyone have any information on this error a person filling out a form sent us?

It said in quotes... "Unable to serve this request" and "Site temporarily unavailable - Connection timed out, please try again."

Is this a host issue or did the person take a long time to fill out the form? I just need some in site to give my client and of course for myself.

Thanks in advance!
